I'm interested in having an invite ^.^ Is it possible someone could send a link to me via PM? I'm not to comfortable sharing my e-mail out here in the open with a lot of people lol- plus there's always them damn spam bots 😛

Just a little food for thought before you all go all out and use gmail as your main email address. I'll stick with my own private mail server myself, I get 120gb+ quota 😀

Then it becomes a hotmail clone, to be used to sign up at websites that require address that you would rather not give your permanent one to. I agree, it's free, but it is not the cure to cancer.
 
Hi all,

I'm just getting into the freemail thing. unfortunately the few names I was hoping to be available were taking at (caugh) hotmail and yahoo so was hoping to try the g-mail thing if anyone has an account to share, would be vary nice and I'll share back when the day comes. keeping my fingers crossed and have a great 4th to all . .

If someone's got an extra one they don't need, I wouldn't mind having an invite. I hopped on eBay last night to pay a few bucks for one, but no matter how much I bid (within reason - under $10) I got outbid! Someone must have seen it and thought it was an "uber-Invite" or something and worth more $$$ than all the $3 ones.

(And actually my membership in AT goes back further than 2000, but somehow my previous ID, with all of my posts, was deleted...so I had to start over.)

Unlike some others, apparently, I will use my new gmail account only for good. (Meaning I won't try to snag another invite or new account just so I can have more than one!)

Still desperate for a gmail invite if a kind soul could spare one. I'll turn around and give back to others on here if I can.

I expect it to stay the same, but I do have a private email account where I have UNLIMITED storage and unlimited attachment size. That's my main baby, but my gmail account is used for anything I don't want flooding that mailbox....

It's good to be the brother of the owner of one of the biggest ISP providers in Houston 😛
