Kernels popped in bacon grease and augmented with bacon salt to taste.

I, for one, have fully welcomed our bacon overlords.

We used coconut oil last night for the first time. What a HUGE improvement over vegtable oil!!! Use it on medium heat so it doesn't burn - it turns out crispier, and has a great flavor. Grind a little sea salt on it, and butter (optional).
Parmesan is always good for flavor.
