Installed the game yesterday after not playing for a few years and am having a blast. So far I have a level 21 Barb wearing crap for gear.. so if you can spare anything it would be appreciated. Once established I will use the Barb to find items to make other classes, and of course to help newbs in need. 😛

wow... i just accidently deleted my 85 bowazon who was like my richest char etc...
used faith bow, fort armor, 120/45 helm etc... Dang!

going to make a spearazon in her place i guess lol
 
Oye ve! I reinstalled yesterday and I forgot how addicting this game is. If anyone wants to be a nice guy, I would appreciate a rush through normal difficulty so I can play hardcore again.

I quit during 1.09 and I looked up the 1.10 runewords.... Holy Crack batman! those are insane.

My name is on the list... but I stopped playing again at the end of summer. It was fun while it lasted, but I got bored with it again after about 2.5 months. I did get to play an Inferno/Orb sorc though which was pretty cool (4000dmg/sec for inferno).
 
Damn this thread...

I recently installed it again just to keep my characters alive before they would expire, and then I immediately un-installed (two days ago). Then just yesterday I watched some new media of Diablo III I didn't see before (it wasn't new per se for the whole planet, but new to me since I just missed it), and I felt some... thirst... for Diablo II coming back. Now I browse this forum to discuss about games and I see this thread coming back, and because of this I might end up just re-installing the damn thing to actually play it.

I do use D2JSP, it's a must for trading (at least, for "organized" trading), and I'll be using it for Diablo III as well, unless Blizzard makes an official web-site like that, with a virtual economy of its own and price guides and so forth, but that won't happen outside of my dreams, so in the meantime it'll be D2JSP, but I haven't used it in months.

agreed, even though it is a mess full of idiots. I haven't played in a while but have 13k+ FG sitting around
 
I got 600'ish FG, and honestly I still don't know how I managed to get that much. I play entirely legitimately and do all my magic find runs manually and I never made any donations to nJaguar. I will care about FG amounts when DIII comes out however. I could maybe play some more if I had more FG but I don't want to play DII regularly anymore, those times are behind me. I will keep my characters alive and then maybe when DIII comes out I will definitely leave DII and give my items for free. I "play" DII about 15 minutes per week or two.
