Being that there are people that will be eating at different times, I figured EST will be good enough.

So what is everybody having for supper?

I am having my famous Hot Italian Sausage/Vegetable Rice dish. Meat and rice and vegetables make a great combination. Mmmmm. :)

Awesome! I love orange beef and I love fried rice. I usually order malaysian fried rice, nice and spicy. Never had orange chicken.

I have tortillas, a block of cheese, salsa, and a ton of uncooked bacon at home.

Would it be a bad idea to attempt to cook bacon quesadillas?

All you people eatin' chinese food are damn lucky. I had honey/garlic chicken, rice, and some mushroom/onion sauce. It was ok.

Bacon quesadillas sound awesome! Or you could get some eggs and make breakfast burritos.

LOL... it's all good, Ross. I try to... er... learn from my mistakes. :p

Thanks for the encouragement, rpc64... I think I'm gonna go for it. :)
