BK Double Quarter Pound King:

Pass. This was disappointing. Whopper is 10x better. This effort was basically their value-menu burger, made worse somehow. It was a chore to eat this.
Yep, I tried one yesterday figuring it would be a double meat Whopper. It isn't. What it lacks in goodness it makes up in high price.

except the McD version was available 24 hours a day including Sundays.
So, like banging a truck stop hooker because they're always around, rather than a high-end call girl who keeps specific hours?

I don't think of CfA quite as highly as you. More like truck stop hooker A is open 24/7, vs motel hooker B open 18/6.

That chick'n shack though, now THAT'S a high end call girl.

I suppose that's a better comparison.

tried rosemary parm bread today @ Jersey Mikes, didn't add anything to my italian and if anything actually detracted from the taste with the additional salt content. I'll stick with a #13 on wheat, mike's way add mayo.

NEVER mayo on an Italian sub. That's like putting ketchup on a ribeye.

I only do it because I know @zinfamous dies a little on the inside when it happens.

But really though, I was a purist until my wife turned me onto add mayo. It adds a level of sluttiness that just works on a JM sub.

I'm with you man. I get mayo on my Italian's at JM's. It just works. Usually I just get a spiced ham and cheese done mike's way add mayo but I do that to Italian's also.

also I would never add ketchup to a steak ever

If you've got a dollar, Wendy's has a deal for you. Fresh beef fanatics can now snag a delicious Double Stack, with more than a ¼ lb.1 of beef, for only $1 – a deal so good you may start seeing double.

Wendy’s adds $1 Double Stack to its menu for a limited time. Made with Wendy’s signature fresh, never-frozen beef, the Double Stack is served on a warm bun and topped with a slice of American cheese, crunchy crinkle-cut dill pickles, fresh white onions, ketchup and mustard.

Had my first Wendy's burger today, not bad, especially for $1.00

The reason mayo works is because it's not real mayo. It's Italian dressing, mostly oil, water and vinegar, with white binder coloring.

Arby's Crispy Fish Sandwich 2 for $5 - Available in Plain & Nashville Hot

Huge sandwich with a plank of fish. One is enough for a meal.

Nashville is damn spicy 7/10 on he heat scale. I prefer the regular as I like the tartar sauce on the side. The pickles on the Nashville with the peppercorn Ranch add nice flavor.
