This is a summary of next episode on tv.com:

"A routine office day is changed when children come to Dunder Mifflin for "Take Your Daughter to Work Day". Michael is surprised when he strikes up a friendship with the five-year old daughter of his sworn enemy, Toby."

I must have missed the background story. In "Dwight's Speech," Michael does nag Toby simply because he didn't stand up when speaking...so there is some hostility for him. So has it been explained yet why Michael hates Toby?
 
The real question is, "Why the heck does anybody watch this stupid show?!?!?!"

I saw it for the first time Thurs night. The "Diversity Training" episode. Ugh. Never again.

Yeah, Toby was the guy that busted Michael for sexual harrasment....

As far at the Diversity Training episode.. I think that is one of the best episodes of the Office by far...
 
The BBC version, which the NBC version is LOOSELY based on, is far better. By loosely I mean like the bowels of someone who just ate an entire Taco Bell and finished it up with a gallon of Ultra-Lax. The names are the same, and a wee bit of the storyline is there, but that's it.

I tried watching the BBC version. Couldn't understand what they were saying, couldn't understand the humor.

Makes me glad I live in the USA...
