so then give us an example of a better tv comedy besides 30 rock(best show on tv).
30 Rock is also awful. I don't watch a lot of TV comedies but I would rate The Big Bang Theory higher. And Two and a Half Men (although I haven't seen many of the recent ones).
Life fail. Sometimes I feel like this tool offers opinions just for the sake of showing that he has an opinion. Which is ironic since he more than likely has not seriously watched the office enough to offer a valid opinion.
I don't think 'ironic' means what you think it means.

This really should not have to be simplified...

Situational irony
This is a relatively modern use of the term, and describes a discrepancy between the expected result and actual results when enlivened by perverse appropriateness.

Offers opinion, thinking highly of own opinion > Does not have valid opinion

Oh right, I thought the finale was last week. Now i remember that they had a pile of actors coming in.

I forgot to record the shows last night, so I'll have to find these through On Demand, I guess.

IMO It fell apart after season 4. Seems like those that are still watching it are doing so kore out of habit than because it's still good.

I assume you are one of those people, correct? Otherwise...how would you know?

The more recent seasons fell off a bit, but I think this last season has been pretty good.

P&R destroys The Office, though.

I still enjoy the Office, though the last few episodes have not been stellar. I thought the finale was pretty good, and I'm OK with a cliffhanger. I actually think Will Arnett is one of the few actors who could convincingly step into this show without much of a loss, so I kinda hope he is the one. James Spader looked really strange to me - his hairline is odd and he seemed to be carrying a lot of alcohol bloat.
I think the episode where Michael actually departed was a good one.
This season finale was... different, but it fit.

Er... I must be one of the few that loved last night's episode. Actually most people I talked to loved it too.

How can you go wrong with MORE Kevin? MORE Creed? MORE Nard-dawg? A MORE angry and slighted Dwight? Not to mention Spader and the rest were awesome too.

Truer words have not been spoken.
P&R is where the money is at (Community a close 2nd)
People, in time will realize what they have been missing with P&R. It's brilliant.
