When I started a fitness/diet program back in October 2003, I was 245lbs!!!

Anybody need some size 38 hardly-worn Dockers Khaki pants?? (I am back to a 34 waist now!!!!!!)

5'5" and 160 lbs.

My lean body weight is 130 lbs., so roughly 19% of my body weight is fat. My ideal weight is 145-150 lbs.

Obesity is measured much better by body fat % than weight. Down around 15.8 percent as of yesterday (using measuring tape). 15% is supposed to be an average healthy male, was at 19.5 percent when I started a couple months ago. But I'm a pretty solid 5'11 230 now, hopin to get down to around 10-12% for my abs.

Ok found this in someones sig over on a health/bodybuilding forums. So I was a bit off, although like I said its about 4% higher for women.

Body fat
above 25% = obese
25-23% = fat
23-19% = way outta shape
19-16% = outta shape
16-14% = average
14-13% = toned
13-12% = defined
12-11% = cut up
11-10% = ripped
10-9% = shredded
9-8% = no i'm not flexed
8-7% = ripped to shreds
7-6% = torn to the bone
6-5% = pure fiber
5-4% = sliced
3% = is that a skeleton or are those just striations?
sub 3% = dead

I'm just a hair under 6' tall, and I weighed 207 lbs this morning. I weighed close to 240 in January. Getting married on October 2nd, so I have been motivated to lose some flab. Still got a ways to go to get to my goal but I think it's doable.
