I'm going to Vegas in September and will be staying at the Bellagio. How do I get good seats to "O"? Any of the decent seats always seem to be sold out. Do scalpers buy them up as soon as they go on sale? How do you get seats in the 103 section?

I went to Vegas around Christmas a few years ago, and when I asked if they had any tickets for the show that week, they just kind of laughed and said that typically you need to reserve your tickets two to three months in advance. Either that, or be a high roller and they'll give you tickets for free.

Yeah, the Mystere show is at Treasure Island. O is a totally different Cirque du Soleil. I heard that Mystere was a lot better than O. I have only seen Mystere, and it was really good, so I don't know about O.

Mystere isn't really worth it, just Ringling Brothers with a twist to it. O is a better value, if you can afford it in the first place. True, tickets must be bought months ahead, though you can buy scalped tickets online at double the cost for sooner dates.

"o" is one of the best live performances I've ever seen. It's so nice I went back and saw it twice. The theater is specifically built for this production, and it shows. So amazing!

To answer your question, search eBay and call around to ticket places if the show is sold out. Sometimes scalpers are around the theater but the hotel security discourages them.

Some good news: there's very few bad seats in the house, it's well laid out. So even if you land a "mediocre spot" you might be pleasantly suprised!

Actually, it's Vegas. Or maybe just the Bellagio. I paid $75 to see La Nouba and like $80 to see Varekai. They must charge $100 for the cheap seats b/c they can!

Nonetheless if it's anything like the other shows I've seen, it's well worth the cost of admission. Before I saw Varekai I was on the fence and my brother begged us to go with him and I was amazed.
So when I went to FL a couple of weeks ago, I insisted on going to see La Nouba. My gf, like me before, was kinda like "I'm not interested, but if you really want to go, we'll go."

Well, now she's hooked, too.

The other thing is that if the O theatre is anything like the travelling tents or the La Nouba theatre, none of the seats are really bad. If you sit close to the front you will have a good view of the actors on the stage and you may get pulled into the show, but you will have to crane your neck to see any action that occurs above the stage. OTOH if you sit farther back, you will have a good eye-level view of the high stuff, but are farther back from the groundwork.
