The nomad jukebox zen

I just bought one of the new nomad jukebox zen's today. While it is a splendid piece of hardware I've never seen software quite so annoying to use. It only lets you catagorize by artist, album and genera, NO TRACK NUMBER!!!! All of my albums have their tracks in alphabetical order. I was just wondering if anyone knows how to change that becuase its really annoying, I've spent hours searching through their poorly worded help files and trying every single option they allow and havent been able to change it. Also, does anyone know if there is anyway to put mp3's on it without using their software?

I don't personally own one, but if it also doubles as a USB/FW harddrive, can't you just drag + drop your MP3s onto it like a regular IDE HDD?

I would return first thing tomorrow if i could get my money back out of it, but becuase it was in one of those sealed packages best buy charges 15%, which comes to like 45 dollars, a lot of money to just through away.

Use this software. It is 100x better than the crap that comes with the Zen. Even has a builtin browser. To add your songs by track number you need to create playlists when dragging the folders over from your pc. The software I mentioned makes it really easy to do. You can download a trial of the software, if you're interested in buying it I ended up returning my Zen due to lack of use and I can sell it a little cheaper than what they are asking. Msg me if intersted.

I returned mine to Best Buy with NO restocking fee and no hassle. Their policy says nothing about open mp3 players.
