Just turned on the TV and my local ABC affiliate is broadcasting the 4pm news in HD.

Is it the same thing in other parts of the country?
 
I don't know if my local news in San Antonio is in HD yet, though I would assume not. I'll find out in the next few days though. 😛

Edit: From the listings I see, it looks like San Antonio's isn't, but Houston's is. That's pretty much what I expected.
 
Haha, WRAL (Raleigh, NC) has been broadcasting in HD for awhile now. Actually, I think they were the first.

Now that others are jumping on, I guess they can't say the only local news station broadcasting in HD in their little intro anymore 🙁
