1. People who buy bottles instead of cans, doesn't like metal cans.
2. People who drink beer usually finish one in less than a hour.
3. In a bar fight, the guy with the Aluminum beer bottle is screwed.

What, they don't even have a picture of the beer bottle in question...?

Maybe it's like the windows on Star Trek Starfleet craft, transparent aluminum.

What?

I don't understand. Unless the aluminum is double layered, and there is an air space for insulation.. glass is a better insulator than aluminum. It won't make beers stay cold longer, they would heat up faster.

It will help them get cool faster, though.

The bottles have three times the aluminum of a typical beer can. That gives them superior insulation, said Alcoa spokesman Kevin Lowery.

I thought the same thing though...

Beer is teh suck anyhow...😛

Have to see if the aluminum bottle makes it taste any different than the glass bottle. I hate beer from a can but I'm not sure why exactly. If the aluminum is thick it won't be like a flimsy can so I'd sure give it a try. Except I'v enever heard of their beer before.

geek warning.... 🙂

anyway, I've tried wine cooler (those Barcadi Triple Black variants) in alumium bottles. they look cool. not sure will that work for beer though.

Interesting. People who drink beer throughout their lives tend to have the least alzheimer's. But the ingestion of aluminum has shown to increase the risk of alzheimer's. So how does this balance out?

We drink out of bottles?

Hmm... I'll stick to my glass bottles, thanks. Besides... if you drink it at the propper pace, it never get's warm😉
