The new sidebar loads funny...

Everytime I click to a new page in the forum the sidebar reloads and starts out expanded as a big rectangle across the whole window with lots of negative space, then as the rest of the page loads, it shrinks to its normal size. It's really really bothersome to my eyes to see it load like that, and I really dislike it. Please to be fixing Mr. Shimpi?

P.S. The last sidebar didn't do that.

Actually yes. I felt like it hurt my eyes/brain... just was not a pleasant experience with that weird flash of huge box of sidebar then minimizing down in .1 sec every time I changed pages.
