Available around now @$1500. 1280x1024

One thing I don't understand is, why would anyone want a 18.1" LCD that had the same amount of pixels as a 17 inch LCD? I'm assuming the pixels are just bigger? Looks to me like the 1600SW with its higher resulotion and a wide screen would be more desirable @ the $600 some of you got it at.
 
I want an 18.1" LCD with SXGA+ resolution (1400x1050) resolution. If laptops can have this, then why can't desktop LCD's? 1280x1024 sucks.
