You should be fine 24A is about 288W

Chip uses about 70
Card about 85
each hard disk 22
Each cathod about 12
Each fan 1-3
CD Roms 1 inactive to 20 active.

That memory you mentioned has about the lowest lantency you can get ATM, So if you're looking for 512MBx2 thats the best choice.
Also, You should REALLY look into the 500W Ultra X-Connect PSU, You'll LOVE this PSU.

Keep in mind not everything uses the 12V rail.
