The new NVIDIA drivers?

Two questions:
1) How do I remove everything that had to do with the old drivers after I unistall them using Add/Remove programs, and

2) What does the NVRefresh Tool do?

Any links would be helpful. I run the Visiontek GeForce4 Ti4600.

I know I pasted this at the bottom at another thread, but I do not know if anyone will answer there.
 
Go here for detonator destroyer which wiil take out all the old drivers and the whql 29.42 nvidia drivers that really work great. 😉
