Not to rain on your parade, but if thats the digitally signed version of Royale, you're breaking copyright laws by posting it up for download here. I personally don't care, I just don't want to see you get in trouble with the mods or anything.

Theres a legal mod of it up for download on neowin.net and deviantart.com, its got thinner titlebars, smaller start menu, and a few color schemes.
