Staples has the Logitech cordless optical mouse for $70. You can use the $15 off $40 coupon to get it for $55. If you have student advantage, you MIGHT be able to get additional $10 off if they allow you to use both coupons, which turns out to be $45!
I saw this at CompUSA this morning while I bought the HP cd burner/Rio player combo for $150. I'm a big fan of Logitech mouse. But I think this is not as comfortable as the old MouseMan design. The mouse is kinda small. The thumb button is really small and at the very bottom of the mouse. You have to adjust your thumb to the bottom in order to press it (if you know what i mean :p)
At this price, this can't consider as hot deal. Lets wait for Microsoft version then the price might drop. Hope that Microsoft will have better ergo design.

cool, i've been looking for one of these.

this should be in hot deals, but i dunno how hot the price is since it's the first cordless/laser. but seeing that the explorer still costs $30 - $40, it's at least a warm/hot deal.

how long do batteries last? that was one of my main concerns.

When Logitech first tried to create this mouse, the battery last for only THREE DAYS.
This one can last for 3 months according to Logitech report.
