This is a great album - In Flames rules. "The Quiet Place" and "Evil in A Closet" are my 2 favorite tracks.

I am not impressed by this release. In the 90s, In Flames was one of my very favorite bands. Whoracle is one of my top albums ever, Episode 666, jotun, gyroscope, the hive, everything counts are all just so friggin amazing. However, it seems as though with clayman (which I thought was pretty good, but not nealy as good as I expected it to be), and reroute to remain (which I really really did NOT like) ... they have totally slowwed things down, and dumbed down everything. I think Soundtrack to your escape is an improvement over reroute (which is not saying much), and it may still be close in quality to Clayman, , however, It doesn't come close to Whoracle, Lunar Strain, Subterranean, The Jester Race. or Colony.
