The new .CC Domain Names

Don't forget that the ICANN is about to introduce another 10-15 new top level domains (in addition to the current set of .com, .edu, .net, .org and .gov). They are planning to intruduce them one or two at a time, to allow the internet infrastructure to deal with the changes.

Should that happen (adding all new top level domains), the value of specific .cc domains would decrease sharply.
 
I don't think they should add anything, that's bad. Then there will be "whatever.com" and "whatever.cc" and whatever.this, whatever.that, blah blah blah... and people will get confused - there are so many people, like stated above, who think AOL is the internet...
