The new Apple iPhone 8 has a battery problem

Now Apple is getting reports of swelling batteries in their new iphones and some are even splitting apart during use but no reports of fires. Considering what happened to Samsung over the note 7 I wonder what they've done differently that is preventing them from catching on fire? Anyway if you've got one you might want to pay attention to your batteries.

My iPhone 5s (spare phone) and my Apple watch 1st Gen both had their batteries swell up about a month ago. I fixed the 5s myself since the battery was only like $10 but I haven't taken in my Apple watch yet which I hope its covered under the extended warranty they have that was extended specifically because of bulging battery issues.

In my opinion Apple has been going down hill with their quality control, both at the hardware and software level.

And if you think Steve jobs would have approved of the camera sticking out like it does, lol, I don't think so.
