For the X2:
65nm ("energy efficient") is now out for the 3600, 3800, 4000, 4200, 4400, 4600, 4800, and 5000. The 5200, 5400, and 5600 are still 90nm only...as are all of the FX chips.

None of the Semprons or Opterons are 65nm yet, though in the case of the Opteron this is probably because the manufacturing capacity for 65nm is being used for Barcelona at the moment...

Actually, "Energy Efficient" models do not have to be 65nm. In fact, besides 3600+, 4000+, 4400+, 4800+ and 5000+, the rest of EE's are 90nm with lower stock voltage.

Those are some hefty drops, but AMD really needs to get their 65nm production fully ramped up. At the rate they are going, Intel will be fully ramped into 45nm production.

Good catch! So the 3800, 4200, and 4600 are lower voltage 90nm chips then...
What seemed interesting to me is that the EE versions appear to be at the same pricing levels, even at 90nm.

As of the last CC, they are still on track for total conversion of Fab 36 to be complete by the end of Q2 07. Fab 30 is beginning conversion to Fab 38, which should be mainly 45nm...wafer-ins should begin there in Jan 08 (the same time Intel is launching 45nm).
Looks to be ~6 months behind Intel on the node shrink.
