They leave the dog outside for hours at a time. I wish an eagle or a coyote would eat it. It's driving me crazy.

i can relate. my neighbor upstairs (very nice lady in her 60's) has a really old cocker spaniel. The dog's getting so old that he started losing control of his bowels and has started peeing/crapping on her carpet. The lady works in nyc and has started keeping the dog in a cage all day while she is gone so that he doesnt crap everywhere. Well now the dog barks ALL day long. I'm a dog lover and it is starting to bother me also since I work from home couple days a week. So I politely mentioned to the lady that her dog barks all the time when she is gone. It stopped for a while, but I guess she's back to caging him up cuz I heard him barking this morning.

This idea is awesome.

I love how bagpipes sound.

If they wont do anything about it squirt it with a hose when it barks. Rinse, repeat. I heard a story of a guy who had his dog in a dog run with a bucket of water he could remotely trigger. When the dog barked for extended amounts of time, he dumped the water on him. It was supposedly quite effective and the dog made the connection quite quickly.

It does work, we used a spray bottle on my current dog to keep her from chewing on wires. She still hates that damn spray bottle and the hose, but that's another story.

nuke the site from orbit, it's the only way to make sure the dog will stop barking

I'm surprised that she doesn't get one of those fences that allows her to keep the dog isolated to one room, like the kitchen - so if it does pee/crap everywhere, at least it will be on tile floor.

I had a problem where this blackbird/crow would squawk in the tree in my backyard every morning around 6-8am. It's been doing it for weeks every other day and I finally got the courage to go shoot it and kill it with my 9mm.

Steal the dog, turn it loose in your local Filipino/Asian neighborhood.
OR, sell the dog to a Filipino/Asian for profit!
