$200 for a 160gb hard drive filled with 60 gigs of the National Geographic collection from 1888-2008. Spotted this on Engadget and thought some of you might be interested

I remember when I bought the old complete set that came on like 30 CDs. It was definitely cool.

I hope the quality of the scans have improved since then though, as well as the overall search functionality.

People will buy anything though. Look how many complete seasons of ...Whatever.....have been sold. It's hard for me not to laugh when someone tells me they bought the complete season of....Whatever.....

The DVD version of the same thing is under $50. I wish I would have known about this a month ago, would have made a great Xmas present for my dad.

It's a complete software suite, looks pretty awesome.
