I still struggle with BDD, and sometimes looking in the mirror can make me anxious and depressed. Sometimes I look in the mirror and say, "Hey, I'm OK!" but other times all I can see are the flaws. It is like seeing into a fun-house mirror, that is about the best way I can describe it.

The less I worry about what I look like (compared to what I think I should look like to be 'acceptable'), the happier and more peaceful I seem to be.

But as to the question at hand, yes, yes I do. After dropping 30 pounds in 8 months, replacing the lard with muscle and definition (I mean real lines!), I do spend more time in the bathroom staring at the big mirror. And I know why they have all those mirrors in a gym. It is great to see yourself actually physically improving.


Now if I could get some cutie to look at me nekkid, that would be great!

My gf use to do that... and it was sexy at first, but then it got annoying. You need SOMETHING to cover your ass while you're on the couch and stuff... what if you let one rip and leave a stain?

I don't know about Thailand but in Singapore, Hong Kong & Taiwan you should get your hair washed. Those women that wash your hair do such a good job. It's like a deep deep massage 😀 I fell asleep. It was so good 😀
