SB Live, eh? It'll be interesting to see what the SnR and other audio quality specs are(not to mention the DAC used), since mobo layouts can play hell with that kind of stuff. Still, as long as it's not too poor of a design, this is at least a step up from the usual Realtek garbage, although I do not understand why they did not put a whole Audigy on the board considering the target audience. The Live isn't very good for gaming simply because it doesn't support EAX HD/3/4, an Audigy would last forever however.

My guess is the live is cheaper and easier to integrate.
