The movie "Rick"

I saw this over the weekend. I usually like Bill Pullman and a friend of mine, whom I usually agree with, recommended it. I thought it was total garbage, as in one of the worst movies I've seen in a long while (and I saw Trauma the week before). I was hoping someone could explain to me what the redeeming qualities are of this film. It certainly wasn't the dialogue (complete garbage, made the actors look terrible), plot (incredibly inane and predictable), or characters (unlikable)...
