Well, here is the thing. It is down the road but is a 40 min walk... So kind of sucks.

I am the fool for paying for it, but what can you do it is mighty expensive tho.

oh, and they did away with free delivery when gas prices went up (Pizza Hut did it at hurricane Katrina, and now we get paid $.85 a delivery for gas instead of only $.50... $1.50 delivery charge)

That would be Pizza Hut. So salty I can't eat it anymore. Was my second favorite 20 years ago but somewhere along the line they changed the crust and decided to soak it in salt water before delivery.

If I can get other people to chip in, I enjoy getting a sicilian pizza pie from my local place with all the toppings. I think it comes out to $23.xx or so. Or maybe a tasty white pizza with sesame seed crust for about $19 from another near by place.

If they're charging $20 for a one topping medium pizza, they're making enough profit to pay their drivers well.

I ordered a pizza in Maui that was $20 I think... that included a $5 delivery charge. I decided to drive a mile and pick it up.

What a rip... I get an Extra-large (ie HUGE!) White pizza with clams, shrimp, calamari, garlic & sweet peppers for $18.50 delivered including tip, plus its from a local Italian place with great food!

$20, that's in the price range of a large Lou Malnati's Supreme Deep Dish Pizza with buttercrust ..... mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm ... I would gladly pay that for one of those ... as it's like .... enough to feed 4 hungry adults .... (well ... more like 2 really hungry fat guys, and 2 "average" people who don't eat as much.)

Since moving to Seattle I've noticed they price their pizzas too high. Used to be able to get a papa johns large for about $12 with coupon (pickup) in ohio and out here you'll find coupons claimnig $18 is a good deal.

yea that sucks.. dominoes and pizza hut both blow monkey balls.. i'm at the jersey shore where theres mom and pop pizza places.. you know the huge thin slices.. boom $6.50 for a large pie that is really large.. can't beat that.

Thats a shame since Pizza used to be the food of peasants and poor people in Italia. In true Italiane fasion, people would use their leftovers to create new dishes. Italians are known for never wasting a single bread crumb. This is how Pizza came to be, left over bread and tomatos (also food of the poor) with some cheese. It's Great food invented through poverty. Now there aint nuttin better than getting back to yer roots. At $20.00 a pie it is now food for the rich, with prices like these you will be back in the poor house in no time flat making your own from scraps just like the olde Italanes did many scores ago.
