The most amazing mural I've ever seen (photo of it in today's SF Chronicle)

Oddly, I haven't seen it in person... but I want to. I just searched online (SF Chronicle website, www.sfgate.com) and couldn't find it, although I imagine it can be found... and linked!

There's a photo of it in today's San Francisco Chronicle on page D3
. Just mind-blowingly great, this is fab psychedelic-comic art beautifully painted on a wall.

So, my questions are:

1. Where is this wall???

2. Where is it represented online so it can be linked here?

I'm confused, so its in the paper but not online? The only thing I could find was a robot doing murals. https://www.sfgate.com/bayarea/arti...rt-mural-painting-robot-Bay-Area-13287151.php
Yeah, it's in the paper. The article is online but that particular picture, which is about 5.25"x8" is not in the online presentation of the article, which whose headline is:

Google's Waze taking fast lane on carpools

The girl you see in the stripped pullover in the picture they show is in the picture with the mural behind her. She's evidently walking in the Mission neighborhood, they say she lives there, is my reasoning.

Found quite the page (evidently) for San Francisco murals.

Am sifting through that to try to find this particular mural. Looks like you can make a major project out of seeing SF murals up close and personal.

Edit: That mural site I link in this post is an absolute treasure. You can click on any of hundreds of murals thumbnails and enlarge them.

Is it the mural with the blue bears?

Norm's Market mural?

YEAH! It's Norm's Market mural, artist evidently Sirron Norris. Hell of cool!

Looks better than that in my SF Chronicle. Got 1/2 a mind to cut it out and put clear plastic tape over it and mount it. Would like to take a photo of it for myself. That's some great art work.

Maybe there's a better picture of it online, I'd think so, but I haven't found one yet...

Edit: Hmm, 20th x Bryant. I plan on going over to San Fran tomorrow (to the zoo via BART from the East Bay, then MUNI) with my DSLR anyway, maybe I'll hit it on the way home and snap a few...

Yeah, sure is.

Gonna try and make it to 22nd and Bryant today and see it in person. I'll have my DSLR with me after a trip to the zoo. Hope to walk around The Mission some and snap a bunch of pictures of murals.

I made it to Norm's today:

First went to the zoo. Hadn't been there for 33 years. Didn't have to pay then 'cause my GF at the time was a zoo keeper there!

I was taken by surprise today, looked like 90+% of the people there had kiddies in tow. That made it kinda weird. Took a lot of pics there. The San Diego Zoo is way way bigger, I was there and took a ton of pictures a few years ago.

After Norm's I walked down to Mission St. and found some neat murals and took a bunch more pictures before making it for home on BART.

Doesn't look much more exciting than Salt Lake City Airport, which I hear is a snooze-fest.
