Just because the guy before you didn't flush the toilet doesn't mean you have to do the same. Be a man and flush that deuce and your own. You will be helping the environment and being the bigger man. So flush that deuce.

By that reasoning, you should wash other peoples dishes in the sink. Sorry, first one to leave a mess cleans up everyones mess.
 
i only do #1 in a public bathroom then i flush with my shoe or a lot of toilet paper
