The monitor won't recognize my Comp

Hey guys. I recently purchased the DFI Ultra-D NF4 MOBO and installed it into my Antec Super Lan Boy. I put a half a gig of ram in, my hard drive, dvd drive, and floppy drive. I was waiting for my last piece, the video card. I went and picked it up today and installed it (BFG 6800GT PCI-E). It wouldn't recognize my monitor. I tried other monitors too. I then gave my vid card to my friend to see if it would work in his comp and it did. I tried his and it didn't . Is there something wrong? vDo I need to set some jumpers or something? Help would be apreectiated thanks@!

yeah getting the new DFI boards up is a bit tricky. try clearing Cmos

oh and put the ram in slot 2

ok ill try that and see if it works. another thing that happend was my EZ touch switches fell off during the shipping process, I think. Does this have anything to do with it?

also this is kind of off the topic, but, can I use these screws to screw the motherboard into the brass standoffs? Sorry for bad quality picture. I took it with a camera phone.

One of the LEDs seems to be red down in the lower left hand corner if you have the computer standing up right. And another one up near the top. I don't know if this has anything to do with it either?

i'm not sure if it's universal for all LEDs on mobos but, for mine green is good to go. Red is, there's somethin plugged in wrong
