I realized that Donald Trump is a lot like Caligula. More so the Gore Vidal version of Caligula. Caligula perverted his people, where Donald Trump perverts the law in much the same way. Caligula took revenge on anyone who opposed him, where Donald Trump does much the same on those who dare oppose him. Caligula considered himself above all law and his word as that of god, where again is much the same with Donald Trump. Caligula demanded praise from his citizenry, and thus the same from Donald Trump. And Caligula sacrificed many of his own people, and still again the same applies to Donald Trump (the coronavirus).
Compared to the screen play of Gore Vidal, the only thing missing from the Trump administration is the pornography, but is that truly the case? For one thing, how would we know what goes on behind the scenes of the Trump administration considering Donald Trump’s past associations with grabbing woosey, friendships with people like Jeffery Epstein, and associations with prostitutes the likes of Stormy Daniels? And when it comes to pornography, the damage Donald Trump has done to American institutions, his discrediting of American heroes, and his shady association’s with communist leaders, plus his undisclosed dark financial dealings, I think we could call what Donald Trump has done as pornography against America... regardless of the sex aspect. Donald Trump is the modern day Caligula and as with Caligula, Donald Trump too has perverted the hell out of American life. I wonder.... will America dare grant this modern day Caligula his second term? This may give a reliable clue as to how bad it could get under a second term of Caligula Trump. Just an observation.
