Look at the ballot samples they've posted. Honestly, the bubble sheet isn't rocket science or brain surgery. Its just like every standardized test you've ever taken, and exactly like any Scantron based test you've ever taken. When has one ever filled in the bubble with an 'X'? If you can't figure these simple bubble sheets out, you shouldn't be voting.
These bubble sheet ballots are simpler than the 'complete the arrow' types that I'm used to using.
