The Milwaukee Art Museum is sweet looking

Usually I'm not too into art museums, but I am from Wisconsin and when I visited for Thanksgiving I got a chance to check this place out. Anyways, reminds me of the Sydney Opera House in Australia (unique design)....Anyways, cool place......what the hell is it doing in Wisconsin???? heh

Is this the place on the waterfront at the end of downtown? I used to live near there.

As a born and returned East Coaster, don't knock Milwaukee. It beats out damn near every other city I have been to as far as actually being a place worth living in. The citites here are all business districts/ghetto surrounded by suburbs. Boston and NYC are the only possible exceptions to this, but frankly I couldn't imagine raising a family and actually living in either city, which I did in Milwaukee.

And I can say that. I went to Marquette University.

Any city that has never ending light rain, massive wind gusts with temperatures never over 35 for 8 months sucks donkey balls.
