I was just wondering about this. It seems each new day brings yet another surprise,
we've seen the danceing, crying, being late and a few days ago the doctors, now it has come down to "he is the victim of a conspiracy".
It seems so very sad but funny to, everyone seems to be eating this crap up.

I think he is guilty, should be sent to prison for life, all assets should to taken and given to homeless children. I think that his family who has known about all of this should also suffer.
 
The Real Story Behind the Scandal

Seriously, I don't know what to think. I think it's definitely possible that this given family is preying on him; I also think it's possible he is a molester. In any case, his rise and fall in American society has been very entertaining. Certain things I hear make me think he is definitely guilty: like that he has a rabbit costume with a crotch missing (I guess it could be used for those people that pretend their animals and do it). Then again, the kid referred to a magazine that hadn't yet been published at the time. Maybe he is just dumb but it strikes of fraud.
 
Any grown male that "professes to love children", has seemingly no interest in the opposite sex, and is particularly fond of pre-pubescent males, is likely a pedophile.

His parents should be on trial for letting their kid be with MJ unsupervised.
 
I like the link, that was at least something to laugh about. Yes I would agree, he is a large target and probally gets hit up for money all the time. It does not explain why he sleeps with children, man if I were to do half the things he has done I would be locked up aand forgotten. He should not be any different.........

(After I saw that first ABC special I thought he had to be a pedophile.) But whether he did it in this specific case I'm not 100% sure.
 

1)We've always had that "hunch" that there is something just werid with Micheal Jackson.

2)He was exposed to sex at an early age. His older brothers would bring their "groupies" over to the house.

3)His father was extremely violent. Micheal hated his father and was scared to death of him. It's been said that his nose reseambled his father nose, and thats why he got surgery.

4)It's clear that his father more than likely may have abused him, we know that abusies(sp?) almost always become abusers.

5)He was shoved out into a world of fame and in the public spotlight. Professsing that he's gay would remove all of this and his father would have more than likely killed him.

6)He sleeps with kids and walks around naked with kids being present. He does a extremely poor job of defending it.

7)Kids were able to easy identify his penis. They called it a "barber pole" micheal bleechs his skin and when his johnson is erect it has a baberpole apperance. Why do these kids know this?

8)He gave a very sick child alcholol.

9)Settled the previous case in 1993.

10)Has porn lying around the house a enviorment which child will be in.

Micheal Jackson in my opinion was abused as a child and is homosexsual. He couldn't be gay when he was suddenly shoved into the spotlight. Now, with sick kids and fame he can do whatever he pleases.

 
I'm wondering what he'll do if he goes to jail. Would he just accept it? It would have to be a complete nightmare for him, more than even most celebrities given his bizarreness. (I"m thinking his celebrity status will protect his rear-end, if you know what I mean).

I doubt he'd have any chance of winning on appeal. I could almost see him committing suicide or attempting some OJ-ish escape.

I could see him being innocent at trial (for some of the reasons mentioned above), I just don't see him winning an appeal.
 
one porn magazine (out of a case full of porn mags in the house) with both MJ's prints and the kid's prints.
conflicting accounts from 2 people (the accuser and his brother) on 2 episodes of "fondling" - which supposedly occurred AFTER the Martin Bashir documentary
allowing children to consume alcohol

that's all the evidence. it's not enough to convict, imo.



 
Even if MJ was/is completely innocent of these charges, the guy's a freakin freak. He's the perfect example of why Child Labour laws are needed and should be strictly enforced.
 
just keep in mind..."innocent until proven guilty" but so many of you americans hear the latest scandal on the news, and immediately ASSume he/she's guilty. wait and see if h'es guilty or not. if he is, may he rot in hell. if not, then he still has to deal with all the crap from the media. he'll never be able to do anything again. this has effectively ruined his former lifestyle.
 
MJ is definitely weird, but I don't feel comfortable saying 100% that he's guilty.

it strikes me as kind of odd that if he really were a pedophile, wouldn't they have found child porn in his house or maybe have found a roadie to tell a twisted tail about the aftershow of a concert in Thailand?

In the eyes of the law, he is innocent until proven gulity. From my own opinion, he is gulity. The law says that robert blake and OJ Simpson are innocent, in my own opinion they are gulity as fvck.
 
i think he is straight up insane. it can be argued that any pedophile is...but i dont know, he seems to be completely removed from reality.

I don't follow the case, but from what I understand, there is very little evidence and many contradictory accounts coming from the prosecution. It may be that they are lying, or that Jackson's defense could tear apart Mother Theresa's testimony. (Prolly a bit of both.)

The guy's definitely a freak and any parents who would let their children stay the night with him, simply because he's a celebrity, are morons. That being said - I have no idea if he's guilty or not. That's for a jury to decide - not me.
 
I'm partially with aidanjm on this one. I'm not sure a lot of this amounts to molesting. Inappropriate? Yes. It is possible he molested these kids or other kids? Yes.

I'm not familiar with california sex laws but is showing a kid a porno or even giving him alcohol (without other evidence) really molestation. Alcohol gets given to kids all the time (no it's not appropriate). Also, I remember some guy's dads gave them pornos in highschool (no they weren't zealots). I thought that was weird but I don't think it amounted to molestation.
