I saw the Mets like 3 weeks or so play against the Devil Rays in florida, 2 times Mike had a chance to win, bases loaded and he was up..... both times he f*cked up badly.

One of there biggest problems i saw was the Mets like to hit the balls high but can't hit them long for sh*t.

Being a Giants fan, seeing the Mets suck makes me feel that much better.

Well when you lose your best pitcher (and i guess one of their better hitters ) and don't sign anybody decent in the off season, you're bound to suck.

Piazza really has played a lot of games at catcher in his career. The Mets have no choice but to move him to 1st base by next year. His bat is a whole lot more valuable to them than his work behind the plate. If he continues to catch, he's going to decline steadily in his offensive numbers. The wear and tear of playing a full season behind the plate is too much over the course of a career.
