My fav sandwich has returned to me (Pennsylvania). The McRib is the best fast food sandwich of all time.

Im eating one every day until they are gone again, i dont care if my kidneys quit like the dude in the documentry. Ill have a year to work out and get back to normal before it returns to me 🙁

I get em plain, they have a ton of onions normally and im not a huge fan, just me, whatever meat it is, and the sauce on a bun.
