the ending turned it into a worthless piece of shit of a movie that defy all logic, common sense, and reasoning.

What type of movie is this? Modern CGI action schlockfest (Michael Bay)? Cheesy young adult (Hunger Games and the 50 billion other ones), even younger (Harry Potter, etc) fantasy fiction? I know like nothing about this. I feel like I've maybe seen a trailer for it but if I did it was incredibly generic or something and I've totally forgotten it.

What kind of idiot has issues running a maze? Must be the most retarded alternate reality/future ever if mice and men now have equal maze running abilities.

I also question why they are so dirty, are there no showers in the future? Does it never rain?

Actually, I questioned how they maintained a rather clean look. Clothes looked fresh, hair was styled fine, shoes looked to be in good order. Nothing like I would expect from a group of people living "off the land" in huts.

Any way, thought the movie was pretty good, surprisingly. Yes, end was cheesy, but didn't take away from the overall enjoyment of the film.

Wait till you see the second movie. It makes the first one seem coherent.

That's when you realize the author was just making stuff up as he went along. Seriously.

I liked the first one. The ending was meh, but honestly that's a problem with a lot of fiction. The sense of wonder and mystery is seldom concluded with satisfying enlightenment.

Sad thing is the second one is total shit. Not even little finger could save it. They should have just made the first a self containing story. But where's the profit in that?

I really liked the first one. Now...having said that.

SKIP THE SECOND ONE. BOYCOTT THAT SH!T.

It's on my list of possibly the worst movies ever.
