I bet that nvidia will wish they didn't make that video when owners of that card use it against them to get their money back or start a class action law suit.
 
A class action lawsuit? I don't think so...no one has died from a 5800U. The worst they could do is demand a 5900U upgrade. Then again, not that many people bought a 5800U so if Nvidia lost those customers permanently it wouldn't kill them.

But, maybe their hearing has been permanently damaged. Call Johnny Cochran!
