30 years ago, I told my superintendent I would file a union grievance over some bullshit at work if he pressed the issue. He told me, "Don''t threaten me."

I laughed in his face looked him right in the eyes and replied, "That's not a threat. If I told you was going to set your house on fire and kill you, your wife and your kids as you ran from the burning building...THAT would be a threat."

I never had to file the grievance.
