anyone else think about the playoff bracket from Baseketball whenever BCS possibilities are brought up?

the problem with the NCAA 64 is that it has pretty much made the season irrelevant as far as audience. they just play to get into the tourney.
also, you could never do that with football.
Gee, I guess a playoff system for college football is next to impossibe.......you're right.
Of course, you ought to tell all the other NCAA football divisions (I-AA, IIA, III-A) that their playoff systems do not work at all. But they've been doing it for years, so it is possible.
I think the bowl games should go back to what they were......a reward for the respective division.
But it'd be very easy to institute playoffs to Div. I-A.....and it's about time. Let's admit it and just face the fact college ball, at least at the big and football-successful schools, is the minor league of the NFL. So let's treat it as such and put in playoffs.
Besides, the BCS is just junk.....
BTW...........hope GA takes it, but they are beat up pretty badly and LSU has been darned good. But GA has dealt with the injury problem fairly well and may surprise. One can hope you know.........
