This is the movie about winning the lottery, and once you do, the individual is stoned to death. Can someone tell me who played in this movie, or where I can find it ? thanks

I have been unsuccessfully trying to find the original story off and on locally for years, ever since I saw it mentioned in one of stepehen king's books. Our local libraries do not carry any of her books/collections.

There was another version of this made in the last ten years or so. I think it was a made-for TV movie based on the story, and was called something else. It involves a guy going back to his hometown after his father's death, and figuring out that it was the lottery that killed his mother when he was little.
