The Lone Gunman TV Series on FOX

For all those X-Files fans out there, FOX is turning those 3 computer geeks known as "the lone gunman" into its own 1 hour tv series.

I just got a chance to watch the one hour pilot episode and let me tell it looks very promising

Best of all they make fun of Intel!! Octium IV chip and a User ID in it that tracks you! A few spoofs on MI:2 and a few others.

I think it airs sometime in March, web page says February, but ive read March 7th

I really hope that show makes it, but I don't think it will last. We geeks don't comprise enough of the population to keep it afloat, I think.

If they can get ALL of the X-Files fans to switch over, they could be successful, but I think Lone Gunmen fans only make up a small niche of the X-Files viewers.

I could be wrong, though (and I hope I am).

Balt, I agree. I don't think the fanbase for those three can carry an entire show. I think they add a quirky mix to the x-files, but alone they won't make it...
