'The local policy of this system does not permit you to logon interactively'

I am having an issue logging in to windows. After running several spyware scans and restarting my computer, I am unable to logon to my computer at all. Even when I type my password into the administrator login, I get the error message 'The local policy of this system does not permit you to logon interactively'. How can I log back in to my computer????? The only solution I found online was "solution A" here: http://articles.techrepublic.c...-10878_11-5313668.html, but I don't understand how I can do any of that without accessing the actual computer.

PLEASE HELP!!!
