The local CBS affiliate here in southern Maine is run by a bunch of crack babies. They are basically ransoming the HDTV signal of the game to the local cable company, and the cable company isn't willing to pay for it. So there will be no HDTV signal of the game going out the Time Warner subscribers here in southern Maine. However, a few sportsbars in Portland will have the HDTV signal because of a special agreement with CBS. There is no question about equipment cost; they can already do it. It's all fvcking greed.

Yep this greed has dropped the U.S. to 11th in Technology and dropping even faster. We were 8th last year. Way to go U.S. fvcking Execs, way to go.

How are rankings in "Technology" measured? That sounds rather...arbitrary.
