The little arrow pointer on your computer....

During your daily computer ramblings, do you embrace the little arrow or despise it? I find the little arrow comforting and friendly. Speak on this.

i changed the icon from the hourglass to a dinosaur walking. i thought THAT was cute.

I ignore him and he just does what needs to be done. I honestly don't think about him at all. I hope he's not lonely or anything. Although he does disobey on occasion, a quick blow to the side of my mouse usually brings him back into line.

I've got three monitors, he's always hiding in a corner somewhere and it can take me a while to find him.

I don't think of it as a seperate entity, more so the projection of myself into the world of the computer. It's disorienting when I can't find it - I wiggle the mouse and there is no movement on my main screen, it's just weird. Then the movement catches my eye on of of the other screens and all is well again.
