The New Years about to Ring in. You really don't want to be a smoker in the New Year now do ya huh? now do ya! How bout that ad on the radio where some guy talks about putting a picture of his daughter in the cig pak wrapper so he has something to think about and hold him back from lighting up? Might that help? Anyways good luck, I smoked as a kid, played with it like a toy (I was nine-ten I think) so I never got hooked, but I can remember a time when I could'nt wait for my fourth grade class to get out so I could lite up! Noticed how long winded my post is? Now could a smoker do that? (without a lot of weezing of couse).
 
GF, just remember every smoker stops smoking at some point. It's either you stop smoking or the smoking stops you!!!

Hey, keep up the good work. I just quit myself about 2 1/2 weeks ago. Let me tell you, for the benefit of all of the people who were smart enough to never start smoking. Quitting is one of the toughest battles to win. GirlFriday.. You have my support. Keep it up. If I can do it you can too!!😉

I smoked for years, until I was about 18, when I started to have trouble breathing. I went to the emergancy room it was so bad. The doc walks in, and says "let me make it simple for you. You have asthma, and smoke, therefore you can't breathe". I was like "that's it. Quit smoking, or not breathe?". He just said yes, and walked out.

So I went outside, sat on the curb, smoked one last butt, and crushed the rest of the pack.

I tried it again a few months later, and within two weeks I had trouble breathing again. That was it. I haven't smoked since (I'm 28). Now if I took a drag. I think I would get sick to my stomach. 🙂

WOO HOO!!! ... You Go Girl!!! I'm proud of you ... I never started smoking ... but I have many friends and family who have and I know how hard it is to quite ... but just think how much better off you will be ... I know your family and friends want to keeo you around as long as possible 🙂 🙂 🙂 🙂
