The lens of the driver side mirror on my 2005 fell off. What's the best place and way to go about getting it replaced? Not the entire enclosure just the lens.

Is it still under warranty?

Can you tell why it fell off? Anything broken in the enclosure?

If it all looks fine and it's not under warranty, you might just order a new lens from the dealer's parts department and try putting it on yourself. Otherwise, any Honda specialist ought to be able to do it for you and charge less than the dealer.

Lens? Why does a mirror need/have a lens? I'm guessing your "lens" looks suspiciously like a mirror.

Mirror only? Not available!
Buy the whole assembly, prime/paint to match. Scrape paint off mirror.
Remove door handles/trim/panels, install mirror assembly.
Find it's remote, can't deal with all the cables, remote doesn't work...etc.
Trash the painted assembly.
Enter car on passenger side (door locks broken when door panel removed)
Call tow truck (as when door lock broken the secutity system locked out the starter) and have car towed to nearest dealer. ...Get it fixed right.

I'm sorry there are no serviceable parts for a Honda because nothing ever breaks on them.

Do you have the mirror?

I bought a mirror with the glued on attachment bracket from the dealer for my 98 Olds Intrigue. Being a power mirror, it is snap off/snap on fix that probably does cost much in labor, however requires some experience to do it without breaking the bracket. You are trying to get stuff to align that you can't see.

Odds are, if you take it to a glass shop that specializes in auto glass, they can just install a new mirror in the housing.

Yes, go to an auto glass shop. I've done that before. They will order in exactly the right mirror piece and replace it for you at a very reasonable price.

My dad backed into the side of the garage with a 2000 honda odyssey - smashed the fuck out the passenger mirror and the motor tilt assembly. I ordered just the mirror + tilt assembly from one of those online places. I think it was ~70 bucks.

Not sure about your car, but my wife was able to get just the mirror for her old Passat at the dealership. It just snapped into place. If yours is as easy to replace as hers, tell them you'll put it on yourself. If they put it on for you, they'll probably charge you a half hour of labor for 10 seconds of "work"
