Interesting article. I'm sure people like Kevin Mitnick could even tell about how well we follow the "regular" criminal judicial track. Its going to be interesting to see over the next few years how many liberties and freedoms we loose in the name of fighting terror.

Makes me feel kind of warm and fuzzy all under knowing that dissidents and political opponants can be picked and incarcerated indefinitely. One of the biggest problems is that the war on terror will never be over.
