The law that forbids capturing american soldiers

I just remembered the law which says that capturing an american soldier is against some international law.

LOL thats the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. Cant you even see it? YOU have the right to capture someone but others arent allowed to capture you. Its basicly like saying that we dont have the right to defend ourselfs if you attack us, were just supposed to take it because your american. If Im not allowed to capture you I will execute you and make it look like that you ran away or something.


Ok, maybe I went too far with that but Im just trying to prove my point.

Also I heard that CIA has the right to kill people outside U.S which also ridiculous because your citizen cant be even put to the Haag International War Crime thing or what ever its called, but you can kill our citizens.

(I dearly hope these laws still exists because otherwise Ill make a fool of myself.)
